This product is the latest generation in water treatment for steam boiler feed. When applied correctly, it stabilizes calcium, magnesium, silica, and iron within the boiler, allowing them to be eliminated through flushing. This prevents incrustations and keeps the exchange surfaces clean. Additionally, it improves facility performance, resulting in energy savings by increasing transfer capacity and reducing the need for purges.
The specific doses needed for each installation may vary, but on average, around 50 ppm is recommended based on the hardness of the make-up water (50 g/m3 of make-up water per degree of hardness). To ensure accurate dosing, the product should always be added using a proportional dosage system and can be added to either the condensate collection tank or the boiler feed tank.
