This product is a synthetic emulsion that reacts with iron oxide upon contact, resulting in the formation of a metal-organic protective film. The film is firmly adhered and creates an insulating oxygen barrier with the iron, effectively preventing corrosion. It is commonly used in industries such as electrical, chemical, petrochemical, and general industry when it is not desirable to completely eliminate existing rust.
This application offers four methods of application: brushing, immersion, air spray, and airless spray. If dilution is required, 5-10% water can be added. Additionally, it supports repainting within 24 hours using compatible systems.
