AIR DISLIM is a solvent-based product that evaporates quickly and is used for cleaning the internal parts of refrigeration circuits, automotive air conditioning systems, and industrial cold systems. It effectively removes residues caused by compressor or filter breakage, carbon deposits, oil, minerals, and more. This product is safe to use on metals and plastics commonly found in these systems and can be used with pressure cleaning sections that accept solvents or syringes.
To clean the circuit, first remove all refrigerant fluid and excess oil. Then, disconnect the circuit from the rest of the machine. You can use a solvent recirculation pump or a syringe to apply the cleaning product, and then flush the circuit with nitrogen. Let the AIR DISLIM product circulate for 15 to 20 minutes. After that, empty the circuit and make sure there are no residues left. Finally, dry the system and reconnect all the machine's elements.
