AQ DESCAL PLUS is a powerful descaling cleaner that contains concentrated acid. It is specifically designed to remove inorganic, lime, and rust residues from tough metal elements like stainless steel and copper. However, it is not recommended for use on aluminum. This product is ideal for cleaning heating systems, heat exchangers, coils, cooling circuits, evaporative towers, and more. Additionally, it is highly inhibited to protect your facilities. AQ DESCAL PLUS is also biodegradable, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
To use AQ DESCAL PLUS, mix it with the circulating fluid at a ratio of 5-10%. Use a circulation pump that is suitable for acids to circulate the product for 2-4 hours, depending on the level of dirt in the system. After circulating, empty the entire system and rinse it with water. To neutralize the acidity created in the circuit, treat it with AQ NEUTRAL. Finally, add the appropriate amount of AQ PROTECT inhibitor and/or GLYCOL LINE antifreeze to fill the system.
