Active non-stick is a release agent that is made up of high activity silicones. When applied correctly, it creates a thin and even layer that prevents sticking and ensures optimal working conditions.
DEMOULDING : To release the moulded object, lightly spray the interior parts of the mould from a distance of approximately 30 cm. Wait a few moments for it to dry before beginning the demoulding process.
WELDING : Before welding, spray all parts that may be exposed to projections, such as nozzles, contact tubes (only the exterior), diffusers, and the bottom of the nozzle holder. Allow the spray to rest for a few moments before welding. After treatment, gently tap any projections to detach them.
