The dilutions used for sanitizing are highly hygienic and do not ferment during use, which helps to avoid potential problems and significantly improves workshop hygiene. This formula is designed for cutting and machining all types of materials, including steels and cast iron. It is particularly recommended for turning, milling, drilling, threading, and reaming, as well as any other process that generates chips. The emulsions remain stable between 5-70 °HF of hardness and a maximum of 700 ppm of chlorides. This product has excellent lubricating power, even in extremely difficult machining operations, which increases the lifespan of cutting tools and produces excellent surface finishes on machined parts. Additionally, it does not contain chlorides, nitrites, heavy metals, phenols, secondary amines, or any other harmful substances. As a result, it can be considered an easy-to-treat waste-generating product.
