This specially formulated additive oil is designed to be emulsifiable in water and is ideal for use in medium severity metal machining jobs. It offers exceptional stability, lubrication, cooling, and antioxidant protection for machined parts. When mixed with water, it creates a stable white emulsion that effectively prevents rust and reduces wear on cutting and machining tools. Additionally, the emulsions formed are highly stable and can withstand hardness levels of up to 60 °HF.
