Description
AF GLYCOL FOOD GRADE -60 is a safe and non-toxic antifreeze additive that is based on propylene glycol. It is specifically designed to prevent the freezing of closed water circuits that are exposed to temperatures below 0 ºC, and it can protect the circuit in its pure state up to – 60ºC. The product contains corrosion inhibitors and foam controllers that help to maintain the circuit in optimal working condition. Additionally, it is a heat transfer and biodegradable product that has been certified by the National Science Foundation (NSF) HT1.
How to use
To introduce AF GLYCOL FOOD GRADE -60 into a closed water circuit, use the dilution table below to determine the appropriate proportion based on the temperature. The table shows the recommended AF GLYCOL FOOD GRADE -60 to water ratio for various temperatures, ranging from -60ºC to -7ºC. The product contains corrosion inhibitors, allowing it to remain in the system without causing damage.
